Yoga is free for members and $10 for non-members

Non-members can attend the class for free and climb by purchasing a day pass or using a pass from their 5-pass pack.

Karen Keeley RYI has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and was recently certified in the vinyasa style. In a class with Karen, you can expect an opportunity to quiet the mind and rejuvenate the body while focusing on breath, alignment, and the self-care of connecting breath to movement as we flow from posture to posture.
